Elstree-based Sassy Films has been acquired by Waterland-backed group, M4DC. Sassy is a creative powerhouse in live streaming and digital creative content, particularly across the entertainment and automotive genres. Their team of 35+ talented employees will provide additional firepower to M4DC in these key areas, as it continues its global expansion following Waterland’s investment in early 2023.
Rafalie advised the shareholders of Sassy Films, advising across all key aspects of the deal.
