Common Interest Group has acquired Otherway, a UK-based branding and creative agency, to further its expansion drive. Complementing their first acquisition in 2023, Common Interest moved for Otherway to secure their talented team of over 50 creatives, working for prestigious clients such as Fortnum & Mason, Unilever and Strongbow. The team will remain with the business, with Common Interest providing a global platform on which to accelerate future growth. The acquisition will also enable Otherway to widen their existing service offering, both in terms of expertise and geographic delivery capability.
Rafalie advised the Shareholders of Otherway on the transaction, advising on all key aspects of the deal. Jono Holt, CEO of Otherway, commented: “Darren is a hero.
