Precis is a Swedish PE-backed digital group with a growing UK presence. The acquisition of Katte will deepen its e-commerce expertise and further bolster its UK presence, as well as offering existing Katte clients an impressive range of additional services.
Rafalie acted as exclusive sale-side advisor on the transaction. We ran a full process, negotiating with strategic buyers, securing exclusive terms with Precis and advising the sellers through to a successful conclusion.
