The transaction brings together two of the industry’s most respected consultancies to create a multi-disciplinary consultancy group to help clients continue to attract, retain and develop their female talent.
Rafalie acted as exclusive sale-side advisor on the transaction. We ran a full process, identifying strategic buyers, negotiating the key terms of the deal and advising the sellers through to a successful conclusion.
