Forever Group has acquired premium moving image content agency, Builders Club, in a move to further strengthen their global position in the market. This represents their second major acquisition since securing PE-investment from Queen’s Park Equity. The acquisition makes them one of the largest motion design and innovation studios on the global stage, acting for household names such as Nike, Hublot, Microsoft, Apple and many more. The Forever stable of brands now includes FutureDeluxe, Tendril and Builders Club.
Rafalie acted as buy-side lead advisor for Forever in the transaction. Our role was to negotiate the transaction and bring the parties together to create a deal structure where all parties could achieve the best possible outcome for the long-term potential of the group.
