Builders Club is a high-end CGI, mixed-media and live-action design and moving image studio based in London and New York. This transaction sees it join the Forever stable of brands, alongside world-renowned specialists, FutureDeluxe (based in London, New York and Melbourne) and Tendril (based in Toronto). The acquisition will continue to expand Forever’s global footprint and reputation for design innovation, driven by its distinct style and creativity.
Rafalie’s role on the transaction was Lead Advisor to Forever Group. We helped drive the deal structure and valuation, then project-managing the deal all the way through to a successful conclusion.
